We recently sold our house with Smith and friends. Their service was fantastic all of the staff we dealt with especially Joanne and Rachael always found time to talk to us. It was not an easy sale as our first buyer pulled out at the last minute, the staff then ensured our house was seen and we had another new buyer pretty soon. All of my calls where taken in a professional and friendly manner and no query was too much hassle for them.

Before anything else, I would like to commend and give 5 stars to Claire Aitken who from the start of our process show the property and negotiate to the vendor and to us very well. She's very professional on making follow-ups and client friendly.
***Update 30/6/2026 - 7.45pm Following our conversation yesterday, I appreciate your call Mr Manejero. The emails that were sent were to make sure the point was not missed, by highlighting it in red wasn’t meant to be make it sound stressful or angry but to make sure points were noted as the vendor was keen to make sure the sale was proceeding. I will feed that back to the sales progressor and look forward to a successful relationship going forward. We sold and bought with the Marton branch of Robinson’s, the service we received was exceptional. Communication was fantastic, We were kept fully informed the whole way, no need for relentless chasing for updates. When our buyer lost their mortgage Robinson’s helped him find another so we didn’t lose the sale or the house we were buying. We are first time buyers and robinsons made it very easy and answered all questions we had. They always kept us updated with how the sale was going, Chloe was especially helpful and rang with updates everytime she'd heard from the solicitors on her end. Amazing Service. We would like to thank Elaine and all the staff at ribinsons marton middlesbrough for the exceptional service we received from start to finish.
