The length of time it took,was advised by Smith and friends on a solicitor to deal with the paperwork took their advice wouldn't advise anyone to use either of the SERVICES, it took 7 months from start to finish to deal with one property with no chain , RIDICULOUS.MARCH TO SEPTEMBER 6TH .

I have a meeting with our solicitors panel and I shall be personally looking into why this took from sales being agreed on 16 April to completion (99 working days), As with all property sales there is more than one party responsible for making the transaction move forward. Through a difficult time selling my deceased Mothers house Manj and Andrea at Smith and Friends have been fantastic.
