Feedback from inspections is good allowing for repairs and maintenance to be done when problems first appear. I have been with them now for many years having had an awful previous experience with another company. I would recommend this company highly.

Hartlepool office. Thank you for holding the keys for us.As a letting agent, good for tenants, our experience, regardless of how the property is left, dirty, damaged and unfit to live in, tenant will always get their bond back. Landlords take note, you will have no recourse to get any bond back for anything. The contract between tenant and landlord, is not worth the paper it's written on.

***UPDATE*** 10.30am 12 April 2024I have spoken to my team at Hartlepool and have a better understanding of this situation. I feel that the review is unjust as the advice you have received is not only from ourselves but also from the TDS. We carried out the procedures set down by legislation and betterment cannot happen from a tenants deposit. When purchasing a property I would always suggest you view the property or at least have a representative view the property on your behalf before purchase. Communication not very good. We were left to chase up a lot of things. Each time we called we were not given useful information. No effort to ensure that the seller adheres to the agreed completion time. Poor communication overall. We had to threaten to cancel the agreement unless we were listened to , only then did our sale go through. Customer care training is required to deal with all communities. A lot of bias in the whole office and prejudice. On the day we collected the keys , key staff were cold except for one reception staff that smiled when we went in. Very poor experience and poor service.
