Follow up and follow through

Although not our initial choice, I was impressed that I had a follow up email from Gowland White when my property was not selling with another agent. I swapped to Gowland White and had more enquiries in a week than I had in 3 months with the other agent. I had two offers and was then patiently guided to completion. I was kept informed all the way with regular calls and emails. The staff I spoke to were always happy to take calls if I wanted to ask anything. Gowland White won my business by following up and following through to a successful conclusion. I could ask no more of them. Thank you.

Very good experience with the staff at Gowland White. Few problems at the beginning which had nothing to do with Gowland however they where always available to answer questions and queries and we found that Barbara was amazing to liase with, very polite and lovely to talk to. As for Carol Mitchell our mortgage advisor- fantastic and we wouldn't go with anyone else but her now. Absolutely fantastic lady who works ALL hours to ensure your looked after.

Gowland white estate agents have been pleasant to work with all the way through, they are fast and efficient and the girls in the office have been amazing, from Abbie to Tanya and of course the lovely jodene who was always there to fight our corner after having so many obstacles to overcome! I cannot speak more highly about Gowland and White. We sold our first home with them in 2004 and then most recently sold our family home with them. We live in Australia so the process was a bit more tricky than usual in terms of communication with time differences. But they were always very responsive when any messages were sent during Uk business hours. Emma and Tanya in particular were fabulous, we had several issues that arose during the period of selling, and also of course a pandemic which put a hold on any movement. But as soon as they were able to the viewings commenced and a buyer was secured. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and reassurance during what was a very stressful time. The flat was in the niche market but Gowland and White advised me on what steps they were going to take to try and sell it. They were extremely pro-active and I had a lot of people go and view it. We did get a buyer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to pull out. Within a week or so we had more people view and found our buyer. Realistic valuation of property with great timely photography and advertising.
