Gowland white estate agents have been pleasant to work with all the way through, they are fast and efficient and the girls in the office have been amazing, from Abbie to Tanya and of course the lovely jodene who was always there to fight our corner after having so many obstacles to overcome! We got there in the end through all their hardwork , chasing up things that shouldn’t of been part of there job nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot speak more highly about Gowland and White. We sold our first home with them in 2004 and then most recently sold our family home with them. We live in Australia so the process was a bit more tricky than usual in terms of communication with time differences. But they were always very responsive when any messages were sent during Uk business hours. Emma and Tanya in particular were fabulous, we had several issues that arose during the period of selling, and also of course a pandemic which put a hold on any movement. But as soon as they were able to the viewings commenced and a buyer was secured. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and reassurance during what was a very stressful time. GoogleMy flat owned by myself and my brother had previously been up for sale with other estate agents and it was proving to be very difficult in selling it. The flat was in the niche market but Gowland and White advised me on what steps they were going to take to try and sell it. They were extremely pro-active and I had a lot of people go and view it. We did get a buyer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to pull out. Within a week or so we had more people view and found our buyer. I would certainly recommend Gowland and White due to how successful they have been, how pro-active and the help friendliness and support of all the staff in Stockton on tees. GoogleRealistic valuation of property with great timely photography and advertising. Haven't sold a property for many years and this proved a more complicated process but found staff very supportive at every stage of the sale despite some setbacks out of all our control. I have already recommended Gowland White to people I know and would choose them again in the future.

GoogleWhat can I say? It truly was excellent service from start to finish. From Richard coming to value, to Abby's continuous help throughout the whole sale process. We couldn't have done it without her. What a value to her team and Gowland White. I could not recommend them anymore when it comes to selling. 5 starts seems so small on what we would have given them. Just excellent.

GoogleAwful service. The pictures Gowland and White took looked horrendous, rubbish editing, a better job could have been done using an iPhone. Make sure you check your contract because they charge a ridiculous fee if you ever want to cancel their services. They also agree to do quarterly inspections of your property but you have to chase them to even conduct one inspection. Would not recommend.
