GoogleCurrently selling my house with gowland white, house went up for sale on the Wednesday viewings Saturday and offered same day. Each person I have had contact with has been friendly and very helpful, Magda has been dealing with my sale, she is friendly, helpful, keeps me updated and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend gowland white and would use again.

Demi in particular went out of her way literally to visit our property on a couple of occasions to check on matters. GoogleI have thoroughly enjoyed my experience using Gowland White. Everything was fast and efficient with plenty of updates throughout. I thought my property would take a while to sell due to the Christmas period and weather etc….. how wrong I was! Magda priced it perfectly and it sold immediately. GoogleTerrible experience with this company. I hired them to manage my rental property, and they initially agreed to conduct quarterly inspections but struggled to complete even one in six months. After the tenancy ended, I decided to terminate the contract, only to be hit with an exorbitant severance fee and the threat of legal action. They also made frequent administrative errors and then unfairly held me responsible, adding interest to amounts they claimed I owed. This company lacks professionalism and compassion, an incredibly poorly managed business.
This is not a client of Gowland White and has been reported to Google

GoogleI would highly recommend Gowland White. We got 2 viewings within a few days of hitting the market and an offer made on the first viewing we had which ultimately resulted in a sale All staff really nice and extremely helpful. If I have to move again I would definitely use this company.

GoogleI found Gowland White to be extremely professional throughout. I felt that my property was well marketed and we had plenty of genuine viewings. Nothing was too much trouble and the help and support provided was incredible. The fee was standard for agents in my area but I honestly believe their service is second to none! Thanks go to all involved but especially Abby who was outstanding.

I Sold my house in 3 days I thought they would be I in touch every step of the way No I rang up each week to be told you will get a call back from sales negotiation team .That happened sometimes . I asked for a sold sign 14 weeks ago It never came I moved out 16 weeks after it was sold Still no sold board I don’t no why I paid nearly 2 thousand pounds in fees
