GoogleWe purchased a property advertised by Gowland White and I found them to be extremely professional throughout. Unlike the solicitor, the aftersales team were very proactive in chasing things up and keeping me informed at every stage of the process. When I finally picked up the keys on completion day I was very surprised but delighted to be given a 'welcome to your new home' gift, which I thought was a generous and thoughtful touch.

This is the second time I have used Gowland White, albeit 13 years apart. The service is fabulous, the price is fair and they help put you in touch with solicitors.By fair and away the best attribute is the girls and their communication. They were fabulous with me. I didn't once have to chase anything, they send out constant updates, were available for advice and also to chat when I needed guidance. They are an incredibly slick team. If someone is off, then someone else picks up the emails and provides a response. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and walk you through the stages of the selling process to put your mind as ease. Even the initial valuation was better than a competitor we had round for a comparison quote. Gowland White came prepared, had researched the area and brought information round of other similar houses in the area and shared those selling prices so that we could make an informed decision. When we agreed on a price, Gowland White suggested we go a little higher. They were going to get the same commission either way, but it was nice to see that they wanted us to sell for higher to make more money. That certainly wasn't the experience with the other local estate agent.I would very much recommend Gowland White, and I personally would now not go anywhere else.Thank you to Demi, Abby, Jodene, Nicola Tams and Nicola Bartliff.Karl Gray

Clare was wonderful. She provided clear information and was a great point of contact, especially when selling a property from abroad. She was knowledgeable and organised. The solicitors attached to Gowland White did require a lot of prompting when things stalled, and when asked reassured me that things were progressing when in fact key information had not been sent. I would happily use Gowland White again, but would use a different solicitor firm.

Gowland White were so easy to deal with from initial valuation through viewings and then sales progression it made it a pleasurable experience. They were so efficient list the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback then through negotiation and answering buyer queries. They were very efficient in dealing with every aspect of the sale, keeping me up to date every step of the way. Demi and the team worked tirelessly over a long period of time, exercising patience and good judgement to keep things on track. GoogleGW Property Rentals have managed my small property portfolio for over 10 years. The Landlord Certificates for Electrics and Gas were all closely adhered to - no reminder necessary there. The vetting of new tenants was all carried out seemlesly with almost no input from myself at all. In the past 12 months, I have gone through the process of selling my houses and they have sold within days of being advertised and not weeks. The level of professionalism from all the members of staff I dealt with over the years, from Rob and Tracy in the Lettings Team and finally Demi in the Sales Office has been a great weight off my mind to know that you are in good hands and the jobs get done. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective Landlord or indeed Agent to Sell a property.

I've been blown away by their efficiency, professionalism and outstanding communication. Jodene was the first member of the team I met, and everything she promised has been delivered. First impressions count, and Jodene didn't disappoint! Magda has been a superstar, communicating with me every step of the way, and Chris, who took the photos, settled for nothing less than the perfect shot! The staff were all great and very helpful. As an elderly lady I found the support they gave me both selling my house and buying my bungalow invaluable. The sales team kept me informed all the time as to the progression of the sale and on the actual moving day when things weren't moving quickly enough and I was in danger of running out of time to move the support I got was amazing . So a huge thank you and I'll highly recommend you.
