This is the second time I have used Warren's, this time to sell my Mum's home. The Team at Warren's are truly unique in the Estate agency world. First of all they are humans who listen to your story and apply there knowledge and skills according to your needs. Secondly they are good communicators with all parties and exceeded all expectations when negotiating with other buyers and sellers down the chain. Thirdly they were professional, full of honesty and respect, they know their stuff and they don't patronise. Communication was always flowing and they were never far away in providing updates and feedback. Fourth - they sold the house, they did what they said they would do. My advice, Don't waste your time with the big chains, go to Warren's and get the conversation started, talk to the team who know the market and respond to it effectively. Even more so, they are really nice, good people to have around in what could be a really stressful situation. I quite miss them now !!

I recently sold my house with Warrens and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. The photographs they took were extremely impressive and my house sold within a couple of days. Warren and Stuart were both really helpful throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

From the initial consultation to the final sale, non-pushy but assertive and passionate people who clearly know their stuff. They were both a pleasure to interact with, provided beautiful photographs of our home and the write up/property description was spot on - I'd never seen such an in-depth and personal one before. I sold my property last year with Warrens and would recommend to all. In all honesty, I had the option to go with numerous estate agents, but having spoken to both Warren and Stuart the decision was a no brainer. It felt very real and both showed a genuine interest as opposed to a forced sales pitch. From start to finish, they were always an email away in providing an update and processed both the viewings and final sale in a timely manner. Given it was also during the pandemic, I was overwhelmed with how quick they got the ball rolling and finalised details. I would not hesitate in using Warrens again.
