We originally bought a house where Warrens were the agent of the house we were buying and at the time we were blown away by the service we received from someone else's agent. It was an easy decision therefore for us to sell our house with Warrens when we came to move on. The service we received was incredible and Warren showed again how he can navigate incredible tricky situations with great care and tenacity. I do not believe we would have completed on our property if we were with a less caring agent and we are so appreciative of all the help we got. I have no doubt that this is the gold standard that all agents should be working towards and I would (and do) recommend Watrens to anyone that will listen. Thank you

We've just sold our home with Warrens and I couldn't praise them enough! At the begining of our selling journey, we had a number of local agents round to value the property and talk us through their strategy; not only did Warren and Stu live up to our expectations, but their advice and recommendations came with no jargon, no arrogant "look how good we are", and plenty of honesty about what we should expect as vendors. The photos and property listing we're excellent. Stuart took plenty of time to make sure everything was perfect and you could really tell he valued attention to detail. The valuation turned out to be spot on and, as promised, Warren delivered us a fully booked day of viewings, all with suitable and proceedable buyers. This led to multiple offers after only 5 days on the market and us comfortable securing and accepting an offer above our asking price. Throughout the rest of the process, the communication from Warren and Stuart was brilliant, ensuring everybody was informed and relaxed and things proceeded. I honestly couldn't fault the way our sale was handled. I would reccomend Warrens to anybody looking for an honest agent that delivers on their word.

I purchased my house via Warren's in April this year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as an estate agent! Warren was very knowledgeable of both the house and area when we originally viewed the property and refreshingly honest and realistic throughout all the offer negotiations. I had quite a long process taking nearly 6 months for the sale to go through, and in the last couple of weeks in particular when the chain threatened to collapse as my buyer was ready to pull out, Warren put a lot of effort and time into finding our what was causing delays and pushing the process forward to set a completion day (definitely i found , more proactive than the estate agents that sold my property!) When I next find myself ready to sell and look for a new home , I'll definitely be back in touch with Warren's as my first choice.

Warren and Stuart did a very good job of quickly selling my late mothers bungalow. Warren himself has been a true hero in our moving story and has always been available to help and has always gone over and above when it came to it. Stuart is alway pleasant and despite not being our main point of call was always extreamly helpful doing all he could. I recently sold my house with Warrens Online. I initially checked out a few of the cut price online agencies that advertise on tv but decided not to use them for the following reasons.... 1. I have known Warren for many years when renting out property in Hazel Grove so he is truly a LOCAL agent with knowledge of the local market and useful contacts. Reviews of some cut price guys seemed to indicate that often the "local" agent was not that local and was allocated an overly-large area with too many widespread appointments, too many clients and lack of specific local knowledge . Warren was able to help with " I need a handyman Warren - no problem try ...." and "I need to dispose of white goods" - again, sorted. I also chose one of his recommended local solicitors to handle the sale (Jones Law of Marple) and they were excellent. 2.SERVICE level - apart from the occasions mentioned above, they were very proactive in contacting me to keep me posted on the progress of the sale and kept their finger on the pulse clearing log jams along the way. The whole process was remarkably stress free. 3. COST. Warrens gave a comprehensive service for a very reasonable fixed price. By the time I added "extras" to some of the cheap deals, (eg I live out of the area and needed accompanied viewing) there was little difference in cost considering the sums involved in selling a house and I was dealing with a friendly, helpful person I have known for many years and could trust. I have no hesitation in recommending Warrens.

My experience with Warrens has been thoroughly positive. The staff at Warrens, in particular Stef, and Warren himself, are very diligent are are incredibly committed to assisting tenants with any housing needs. I have dealt with many agencies in my time as a tenant over the years in Greater Manchester, and I was actually surprised at the level of respect that Warrens show tenants; it is in stark contrast with some of the other agencies across the city.
