We recently bought a property through Warrens and from start to finish they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and on it. We can’t speak more highly of them! We had a particularly challenging chain with added time pressures to complete before the stamp duty change, and we genuinely don’t think we would have completed on time (if at all) had it not been for Warren. He went above and beyond to keep the chain together and was our biggest support throughout. We felt kept in the loop at all stages throughout the process and even in difficult circumstances we were always greeted with a friendly tone and eager to find a solution. Thank you Warren, Stuart and Wendy for being the best. If and when we are ever to sell our property, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Warrens, was recommended to me by 2 other people. Initially I was a little sceptical as they are a small business with only 3 people in the business, Warren Stuart and Wendy but the service I got was excellent . From the beginning of the sale ,to booking viewers , a month later to getting a buyer for the property and finally exchanging contracts Warren and his team kept me informed on a regular basis of updates . I chose not to go with a bigger agency as I think you struggle to get this attention, whereas a smaller firm it’s in their interests to . I would recommend highly.

Buying a property off Warrens restored our faith in Estate Agents. We’d tried to buy other properties and nearly gave up but our last attempt through Stuart and Warren was so different we just knew it felt right from start to finish . We felt valued as buyers for a change and the whole process sailed through from start to finish . Their attitude to us was completely different than other agents we had to deal with and that made a huge difference as we felt we were as much their clients as the sellers . That’s the key difference and put them head and shoulders above all the others we had to deal with in the area and why this purchase went ahead without a hitch rather than other failed attempts we made along the way . They do the simple things best like treating you with respect and answering calls and emails promptly . I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely go to them first next time if we ever decided to sell and move again No question .

We were anxious and a little naive as we'd never sold a property before, but Warren and his team made it really easy, communicated clearly, and gave us excellent advice throughout. Having recently used Warren's to sell a house, we can give them an A* rating. They firstly reviewed property prices in the area & suggested a reasonable asking price, which we went with. The house sold quickly as Warrens were able to offer viewings at times when other agents were closed. Shortly before exchange and completion a fault in the brickwork, (not picked up on the survey) was noticed by a friend of the buyers and resulted in the them pulling out. Warrens suggested we commissioned an independent structural engineer to report on the problem. The result was found to be cosmetic and not structural. All prospective buyers were shown this report and a new sale was quickly agreed. We were very pleased with Warren's professional & honest approach to the whole process, Selling was the easy bit, conveyancing another matter, Warrens ability to diplomatically chase the buyer’s solicitor when they seemed to be 'dragging their feet' was gratefully appreciated and made whole process smoother for an exasperated home seller. I had the best experience using Warrens to purchase my new home. Both Warren and Stuart were on top of everything and completely reliable with any questions or issues I had. With my sale being slightly frustrating, Warren exceeded my expectations and actually took it one step further to help wherever he could. I recently sold my house through Warrens. I had the house for several years as a rental property, during which time Warrens helped with the management of the property. During this time they were a great support for myself and the tenants - always available and extremely helpful, bringing great experience and knowledge, whilst doing this with a friendly manner and always approachable. So when I decided to sell there was never any doubt that I would also use Warrens to handle the sale. Once again they did not let me down. Never missing a message or phone call from myself, always coming back to me. Without the help of Warren, Stuart and Wendy, they the sale would have been so much more stressful 🙂. Having used Warrens Estate Agents previously on a house sale everything was handled very professionally and Warrens couldn't do enough to push the sale of the property through for a quick sale. They have recently sold another property for me that took over a year to sell but they never stopped pursuing the sale although there were difficulties with third parties, I would highly recommend Warrens Agents for their expertise, friendly nature and constant persistence in trying to get a property sold, In essence, Warrens can't do enough for you and I would highly recommend using their service

Cannot recommend Warren's highly enough, Warren came and valued our house, talked us through the process and various outcomes then left the decision with us with absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. We decided to go ahead, sold within 2 weeks and started what ended up being a stressful 11 month process (due to issues in above chain out of our control). Throughout a long painful journey Warren literally became our therapist! Giving invaluable advice and talking us through how to negotiate and handle potentially contentious conversations with our onward sellers. Warren handled our relationship with our buyers perfectly meaning we didn't once need to contact them directly. Communication was excellent with Warren often getting back to us outside of office hours - moving house really does take over your life and everyone at Warren's has a real understanding of this.
