This is the second time I have used Warren's, this time to sell my Mum's home. The Team at Warren's are truly unique in the Estate agency world. First of all they are humans who listen to your story and apply there knowledge and skills according to your needs. Secondly they are good communicators with all parties and exceeded all expectations when negotiating with other buyers and sellers down the chain. Thirdly they were professional, full of honesty and respect, they know their stuff and they don't patronise. Communication was always flowing and they were never far away in providing updates and feedback. Fourth - they sold the house, they did what they said they would do. My advice, Don't waste your time with the big chains, go to Warren's and get the conversation started, talk to the ream who know the market and respond to it effectively. Even more so, they are really nice, good people to have around in what could be a really stressful situations. I quite miss them now !!

What can I say other than what a fantastic team Warren and Stuart are. Having to sell my mums home was never going to be easy. What was a very sad time for me they made things so much easier. From the valuation to the fantastic pictures of the house to the not so easy road ahead of selling the house everything in the end fell into place . And it's all thanks to them. Absalutely fantastic guys that know what they are talking about and make things so much easier in what is a stressful time. Would I use them again 100% Would I recommend them Absalutely. I first dealt with Warrens when they were the Agent for the seller when I bought my house. Since then, I have sold and let property through them and they are never anything short of fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble. Warren and Stuart have great local knowledge, they also know their market inside out and they get things done. As letting/managing agents, they really do take all the stress out of the whole process. They are extremely competitive with their pricing if budget is your main concern. It is rare to find a business nowadays that acts with fairness and integrity but Warren and Stuart truly care about the people on both sides of the property transaction. I would never use anyone else.

Warren's estate agents, in Hazel Grove, I want to start by saying a massive thankyou to both Warren and Stu, for their dedication, drive and professionalism when I came to sell my father's house. Warren came to my parents house, gave us an fair valuation, went away while we waited for probate, he didn't mither, he just waited and so because of his patience, 6 months later, we asked him to sell the house. Within no time at all, pictures were taken and the write up was great. Within no time at all, we had a buyer, and were kept informed at every step of the way, they even recommended solicitor's and movers, they must dip into every area of moving houses. I can't recommend Warren's enough, 2 x really good guys, who just want the very best for their customers

Throughout the process of buying and selling we dealt with Warrens a lot, almost on a daily basis towards the end of the process and they were without doubt the most helpful people we dealt with along the way. Both Warren and Stuart were always willing to do whatever they could to make sure everything was moving along, always happy to pick up the phone and chase up parties through the chain and were always getting back to us with updates and information. They would often use their wealth of experience to explain to us exactly what was going on and put in to context any complications that had occurred. We didn’t sell our house with Warrens but I feel very strongly that I need to give them a glowing review because they were so good, and if we sell again in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with them. If you are selling your house and you want a safe pair of hands, then that is exactly what you will get with Warren and Stuart. There are estate agents and there are Estate AGENTS. Warrens are just that. They are not some national company operating under different names all over the country or even a local agent with a handful of offices. Warrens is run by, you guessed it , Warren and Stuart. They have one office and they answer the phone. There isn't a young school leaver answering the phone, taking messages that never get passed on. What this means is that if they are out of the office, the call goes to their mobile phone. They answer their calls or if not it goes directly to their personal answer phone. Moving home is stressful. Left a message late in the day? Don't be surprised with Warrens if they ring you back after every one else has gone home. Service is what they are all about I said they are your AGENT. That is exactly what they are. Both Warren and Stuart meet you to discuss putting your home on the market. This isn't a 30 minute appointment to get the business and meet a target for taking on new property. It is a conversation with them explaining what they offer and how they would market your property. There is no hard sell or pressure. Having seen the property and been involved with the exceptional photography they will have both spent a great deal of time with you and are well versed in what they are selling. Warren takes great care with the description in the particulars that go on the web site. Check out his previous notes from other properties. You will be amazed at how much effort he puts in. I had previously read on reviews that they become friends. I raised an eyebrow at this, but infact, I think they were right. During our sale, Warren would be in touch either by phone or email on a regular basis. When things started getting going he was there to offer advice and support. Ask him a question that he didn't know the answer to (and he knows an awful lot about buying and selling property) he would go away to find the answer. Having found a buyer, Warren went to great lengths to make sure they were in a good position to proceed and checked out the chain to make sure there were no potential issues lurking. He was fantastic. Our purchaser told me later that if they had any questions, they didn’t bother with their own agent ( a large local firm) as they could never get to speak to anyone without a delay, that they would ring Warens, even with questions about their own sale! Both Warren and Stuart hold your hand throughout. When we found a property we liked, Warren was able to give great advice. How much to offer. When to make the offer. How to word it. When the survey came back on our prospective new home he was able to again offer advice and suggest how we should proceed. On one of his catch up calls, I mentioned that we had obtained several removal quotes. He suggested we look at a local firm that he had been working with. Having now felt I was dealing with a friend whose advice I trusted, I was more than happy to accept his recommendation. The firm were fantastic and made moving day so less stressful. To sum up. Warrens is a great company. They give proper personal service. Nothing is too much trouble. There is no such thing as a silly question. They understand people. They appreciate how much stress and worry is involved. They care because this is what makes them different. Our buyer said that he wished he had known about Warrens when he was looking for an agent. He said that we were both lucky to have them involved in our sale. I couldn’t have put it better myself!

Before using Warrens I had assumed that all estate agents were exactly the same, and was dreading the process of selling our house. Having completed on our house I cannot recommend them enough, Warren and Stuart were both a pleasure to deal with through the process, both giving a personal touch that you wouldn't normally expect from an estate agent. They sold our house quickly, for a good price and were available throughout the whole process ensuring that everything was progressing correctly and efficiently. Can't recommend them enough, if we hadn't left the area then I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Warren was not our agent (unfortunately) but the agent of our sellers. The difference in service between Warren's and our (well known local agent) was incredible. Firstly, following a very vague conversation several weeks previously, they gave us the heads up that the house was coming on the market and we were first (and in the end only) people to view. And throughout the process both Warren and Stuart really helpful in getting our purchase over the line. Towards exchange there were a few complicated situations further down the chain and Warren did everything he could to help even though the issues were several houses down the chain and not really his responsibility at all. He was also very timely in chasing down our seller's solicitor. Our agent on the other hand did literally nothing once a sale was agreed, other than send the bill! I would not hesitate to recommend Warren's to anyone locally, far and above better than any other local agent I have dealt with. Very nice people too. We hope to stay put here for a while but if we were putting our house on the market, I wouldn't be contacting anyone else.

I spoke to Stuart a few days ago, initially regarding a rental property I had been made aware of. Unfortunately, that property wasn't available anymore, but I gave my details so if anything similar came up, I would be on their books.
