GoogleAppalling company to deal with, at least the property management side. After stating at the being of the tenancy in writing, stating that nobody other than myself and my partner are to go into the property unattended while doing there 3 Month inspection, done on a date and time only suited for them. What happens... They start to inspect the property unattended even after we advised them again a day before the inspection. Problem no 2 they ring you claiming that they've had a conversation with yourself and that I phoned on such a date and arranged for this and that.. That didn't happen it was the landlord!! Any damages to the property not your fault.. Including damp. Not addressed, no communication. Promises that they will ring you back but never happens! Come to move out of the property, moved out on the 8 of feb. Still not received my diposit!! After being told It would all take 10 working days after the move out date to receive it. Chased and chased this, being told off Nazia that she would ring me back. Never happened I had to ring her. Now as I'm writing this it has been set up via BACs payment. Which will take 3- 5 working days unacceptable!! They was quick enough to take the funds off me though.
