GoogleI would defiantly recommend julien wadden if you are looking to buy a property. Our contact at the Stockport branch was Lauryn and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. As a first time buyer we was very unsure on what to expect when putting in an offer for the first time but Lauryn really helped us and gave us some great advice. She was very professional and friendly every time we spoke to her (even when I was calling for updates a few times a day) and was always happy to help us.

GoogleWe have been searching for properties since March 2021, and used big estate agents who were not bothered about the house they were selling all they did was stand in the corner with a smug face like they never wanted to be there. We had our first viewing with Julian Wadden and the customer service was excellent. We went to view a property which was shown by Linda Livingstone and she was amazing in showing the house. she talked about the history and every little detail about the property which is things as buyers we would like to know. She was warm and welcoming, always had a smile and made sure all of our questions was answered. She was really selling the property like it was her own and this is the type buyers would like to see (a confident individual) our property is currently under offer with another agent but I would definitely recommend JW and will definitely be using their services in future if needed.

GoogleNever had a problem with the Stockport Julian Wadden team regarding booking and viewing houses.
Stuck in traffic and was due at a viewing at 3pm, traffic meant we were half an hour late... we did call them three times to keep the team updated and asked if they wanted us to rearranged but they were really accommodating! They waited for us and we managed to view the property...which we have actually put in for so very grateful for the opportunity to view.
Not yet had an offer accepted or anything moved forward from this point but that isn't the Julian Wadden team not putting the offer forward, this is the seller using time to think over the offer.
Thanks to the Stockport team for being on the ball :)

Unlike other agencies that ignore you, these 2 replied to our concerns and emails straight away! GoogleWent through the process of letting a property. I feel like they have conned me out of my holding deposit after the landlord pulled out of the deal because my partner failed the vetting checks, but I didn't. I've also noticed that the property has been put back on the market for £50 higher than it was when we were applying for it. This is after we met the Landlord in person where he was adamant that he will never increase the price of his rent. I'm also aware that other people before us went through the same ordeal. The property in question 22 Cranbrook Rd M18 in Gorton. Stay well clear of Julian Wadden and the Landlord of the property in question. They're both cons. I also believe this was done purposely so the Landlord could keep as many holding deposits as possible, so he could pay for repairs on the property, so he could then up the rent. They think you were born yesterday, but people are aware of how they work. Absolutely despicable from both parties involved. Warning, please stay clear.
