GoogleSeemed professional and excellent service at first, until we got the keys to the property, probably the worst year tenancy we have had, issue after issue, from raw sewage in the garden for just short of a week to giant crack in our ceiling which was never fixed, upon leaving the property they tried to charge us for issues that were there when we moved in due to the incompetence of the people in charge of the check outs list, Avoid renting through Julian wadden at all costs 👍🏼

GoogleWorst real estate agency possible. Applied to rent a property online and chatted with an agent on live chat. Agent promised to call regarding the viewing of the property. Nobody called for 3 days. Tried to call myself 8 times nobody picked up phone. Just jumped to the car and went directly to the office. In the office they said that my data is not in the computer despite online chat with their agent 3 days ago. Provided all data again and asked to rent property straight away. Agent said it's not possible as viewing is mandatory. OK, booked viewing 13:15 on Friday. Came half an hour early waited. People started to arrive with the later viewing times. Agent came opened a door and declared it's not a viewing but an open house, and everybody can come and view at the same time despite allocated slots. I asked to rent it right away agent doesn't knew what to do and told me to email or call the office, while showing everything and paying attention just to one women with the toddler. I called to the office and asked to rent this property again. Agent in the office said he has no data about me again and asked all the questions again. I answered all questions and agent said to wait for call with renting confirmation in the middle of next week. However next day somebody called and said that property is already rented. If you have cronies to rent your properties to - just rent to them. Why post ads and waste other people time. I wasted 8 days on the wild goose chase. Beware, everything is fake, staged and corrupt in there. They are wasting your time and money.

I needed to find a flat within 3 weeks & Lydia helped me to secure one quickly - she was really friendly, professional, informative & fast with responses, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. As I wasn't able to attend a flat viewing, I was provided with floor plans & video tours that really helped with the decision making. (Also, no service charge is always a huge plus!) GoogleWent through the process of letting a property. I feel like they have conned me out of my holding deposit after the landlord pulled out of the deal because my partner failed the vetting checks, but I didn't. I've also noticed that the property has been put back on the market for £50 higher than it was when we were applying for it. This is after we met the Landlord in person where he was adamant that he will never increase the price of his rent. I'm also aware that other people before us went through the same ordeal. The property in question 22 Cranbrook Rd M18 in Gorton. Stay well clear of Julian Wadden and the Landlord of the property in question. They're both cons. I also believe this was done purposely so the Landlord could keep as many holding deposits as possible, so he could pay for repairs on the property, so he could then up the rent. They think you were born yesterday, but people are aware of how they work. Absolutely despicable from both parties involved. Warning, please stay clear.
