GoogleCalled in mid morning Monday to enquire about how to rent out our empty flat; spoke with Theo, who was extremely helpful. He suggested calling round for a valuation, which he did later the same day. Tuesday morning he came round to take photos; later the same day, it was up on Rightmove, etc. Thursday, we had our first viewing; the following Monday they accepted, and once Waddens have completed the necessary references, the tenants should be in - all within the space of a couple of weeks. As a first time landlord, I have gone for the full management package, so Wadden's appear to do everything for me - I just receive the rent. Excellent service.

GoogleI can honestly say that without the hard work, dedication and positivity of Mark Diamond and Lauren Gallagher at the Stockport Branch we would not have got through the past few months. Nothing was too much and they made us feel like we were the only client they had. They did more than any Estate Agent would do to ensure we were kept updated and were supported every step of the way. Thank you doesn’t seem enough.
