Robyn called within mins of us using the GetAgent website and stated that her and GetAgent's service was free to us. Her advice was useful and so was the comparison on the website. She followed up with an advice e-mail with lots of links and was polite, friendly, respectful and professional throughout. As we are looking to sell I'm thinking 'what's not to like' at the mo. I'm naturally sceptical of cold calls so I'm waiting for the down side.

She gave me the names of the three agents who had a successful record of marketing properties like mine and the questions I should explore with them. She also asked me to confirm that I was happy for her to put them in touch with me. Overall, a very useful service.

Poor experience. Was charged a higher estate agents fee for selling my property because i found them through this company and the agent, although they did sell the home, was one of the worst ive used. GetAgent also just didnt pay the £212.50 cashback they promised when you complete the sale which is extremely dishonest.
