This tool is particularly handy if you're considering selling your property.Ij's advice was informative, and we found it very helpful. Overall, GetAgent enabled us to get the ball rolling with the sale, and their service was both efficient and user-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sell their property and needing reliable information to make an informed decision.

I had no idea that the Get An Agent site existed and wished I had before I engaged an estate agent.Within a few hours of registering my interest in agents in Teddington I received statistics on sales data and time taken to sell a property by the best firms.My details have been passed to the top three sellers and I received a call from one within minutes. Refreshing to know there are still professional agents with qualifications and an ability to talk knowledgeably about the property market.Jameel gave me excellent advice verbally and then followed it through with an informative email . I have already recommended this service to a friend who like me has received a shocking level of service from an estate agent.There does seem to be a “pushy second hand car dealer’ type of agency muscling in on the estate agency market.Well done Jameel and Thank you!

Never use these.... They get a fee which your chosen estate agent then has to pay. You will have to pay the higher estate agent fees !!Just look at the sale boards in your area... pick 3 and meet them all.

Web page just loads and loads; nothing happens and I get loads of emails telling me my report is ready and it never is and given the other poor reviews all I can think is the positive reviews are all fake.

Agent turned up one and a half hour late for inspection, no call to inform me, office said they told her to call me but she she they hadn't RED FLAG.After me challenging this poor service and unprofessionalism of the agent I was talking too and for and wasting my time I eventually contacted my landlord who needed to intervene and contact PP. They had no choice but to put their hand up and apologise to the landlord (obviously because he's paying them). But no apology to me. My advice I dont think any of these so called agents are worth their money but I'd definitely look elsewhere for a rental. GOOD LUCK

After leaving a negative review I was contacted by Getagent.co.uk apparently any fee they charge the Estate agent should not be passed onto the client. It may be a good idea that “Getagent” make this clear as I have been told that agents do in fact charge more if you have gone through the service so they can recoup their cost incurred by them if they are registered with them, which is in fact against “Getagent” policy
