Agent turned up one and a half hour late for inspection, no call to inform me, office said they told her to call me but she she they hadn't RED FLAG.After me challenging this poor service and unprofessionalism of the agent I was talking too and for and wasting my time I eventually contacted my landlord who needed to intervene and contact PP. They had no choice but to put their hand up and apologise to the landlord (obviously because he's paying them). But no apology to me. My advice I dont think any of these so called agents are worth their money but I'd definitely look elsewhere for a rental. GOOD LUCK

After leaving a negative review I was contacted by Getagent.co.uk apparently any fee they charge the Estate agent should not be passed onto the client. It may be a good idea that “Getagent” make this clear as I have been told that agents do in fact charge more if you have gone through the service so they can recoup their cost incurred by them if they are registered with them, which is in fact against “Getagent” policy

Looking for a recommendations for estate agents I clicked into your advert online. It was very easy and quick and provided me with informative reviews of local agents based on clear criteria. Following this your employee Daisy called and was very pleasant and helpful but due to my hearing problems and the fact I was called when I was in a dentist's waiting room (not her fault!) it was difficult to hear what she was saying. She was very efficient and followed up with helpful advice on email. However it may be just me but I was expecting to receive reviews on line and just make a choice who to contact. The efficiency and speed took me by suprise. I needed time to consider before taking advantage of the information. Having said that I can't fault the service and would recommend you in the future if I hear of anyone thinking of moving.

The caller was polite, friendly, not in the least "pushy" and explained both GetAgent's role and the next steps I might take clearly and responsively. As my request for valuation was so that I might consider options rather then seeking an immediate sale, her advice was tailored to that end. Her offer to contact two more agents, based on their performance, was appropraite and accepted. Excellent customer service (a subject that used to be part of my professional HR role, pre-retirement).

James reached out to me and introduced me to an agent who is coming round next week to value our property. He also gave me a list of good questions to ask to make sure to get the best agent to handle the sale. A great service.

I received a call from Chantelle quite out of the blue. She explained what she did and gave sound advice about getting quotes from estate agents. I used the GetAgent site to choose 3 likely looking agents all of whom have a good local presence. The email I received from Chantelle included a link to obtaining an EPC too; I'd forgotten about that! All in all professional, useful and proactive without being intrusive.
