Extremely happy with the service from GetAgent. The online enquiry form was clear and easy to fill. Shortly afterwords I received a phone call and I spoke with Mponda Ngulwa, who was very polite and helpful, giving guidance and recommendations on the local estate agents. He followed up with an email with further information, useful links and sample questions to ask the estate agent on the valuation meeting. Highly recommended website for anyone looking to deal with an estate agent.

I didn’t like that they gave my number to estate agents to set up a valuation. I toldJameel I wouldn’t be ready for a valuation for a month or 2 and he still send out my details anyway. Now I have to deal with estate agents hounding me

Highly professional. The website is very easy to navigate and very helpful. I received a phone call within 12 hours of using the site to check all was going well. I then promptly received an email with extremely helpful links to useful websites and a list of questions it is helpful to ask estate agents. I cannot praise this site highly enough.I received 3 phone calls from the 3 agents I had asked to value the property within 12 hours, with a back-up email.

Don’t bother. They contact you with emails and calls despite asking them not to. They don’t tell you that the estate agents will charge higher fees if referred from them even if you contact the estate agent before the estate agent contacts you following Get Agents referral! It also took them over 24 hours to make the referral to the estate agents. Absolutely diabolical! Only use if you want to pay more to the estate agent!

Received an unrequested call within an hour of looking on the site. They (Sak) rang again the following morning keen to put me in touch directly with two agents. Sak spoke too fast to understand and when I said I was going to contact the agents myself anyway he was insistent on contacting the branch manager on my behalf which I begrudgingly agreed to. He was far too pushy for my liking and obviously set on receiving a commission for the lead which would then be unknowingly passed onto me. I Was going to choose this agent anyway as I had a good experience buying the property through them originally. Edit: Having spoken to a helpful lady (Ellie) and Jack, the Client Experience Lead this has now been resolved and I have upgraded my review accordingly however, there are obviously things that need addressing.
