I had a phone call from an agent who was very friendly and informative. He gave me lots of very useful information with regards to choosing the right estate agent to sell my property. He said he would then contact the best three for me and wished me good luck. He also told me to contact him should I need any further advice. Within an hour I had been contacted by three agents who have now arranged to value my property next week. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to sell their property.

Beware. You’re asked to provide a phone number to ‘prove you are human’What this means is that you will be called constantly until you answer. When I pointed this out to the lady who called she hung up on me. I dunno about you but I wouldn’t want to be involving a company like that in any sort of house purchase. Your choice….

Input my personal details to see how agents in my area have faired in selling time and how close to their valuations. Upon doing so a member of their team called, I explicitly said on the call I was not interested in getting any further valuations and still my personal data was shared with third parties. Will be reporting this to the ICO
