All the fees of the agents are wrong, I put in for a valuation and no one contacted me through the site, so when I called the estate agent directly they said no those fees are wrong.I don't know what they do with my data, I have asked them to remove me from their system

Shame I have to leave one star, I get emails from them every day and there is no way of unsubscribing that I can see which I thought was a legal requirement, obviously they have decided to ignore that, hey guys, pestering me every day only makes me more determined

I had used this service online to take a speculative look at local estate agent rates. I explained this very clearly. I then received unwanted phone calls from local estate agents long before I am ready. The lady I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable but feel it important to listen and not just do whatever you want.

Just wanted to connect me with local estate agents they thought were best (clearly for their own benefit otherwise why would they cold call me without making it clear this was their way of working? )It was not clear this was their business model. Very disappointed in their sharky sales tone.

Anne Alowo has amazing customer service rep; very respectful and professional. She calmed my anxiety and gave me assurance in regards to the best agents for the value of the property within the area. She gave me advice regarding the questions I can ask the agents as well as referred me to two agents that may be able to assist further. Happy with the service extended to me by get agent; extremely vital service providers in a business many know little about.

I went on the site to try and find some estate agents in the Brighton area to sell my aunts home as she has now moved into a home and I no longer live in the area. After filling in the form I was given a list of the better agents in the area and their fees ,average selling time and their % selling price to asking price. I then received a phone call from Daisy Smith who forwarded my information on to three agents who called and arranged to come and give me a quotation. All very painless and professional

I feel they are a rip off - had absolutely no idea that going through them was going to cost me .25% of my sale fee. Maybe it is just me but that was not clear at all. I thought they were just a standard comparison site.
