Martin & Co Stirling reviews

Martin& Co, Stirling have been my letting agents since they took over County Rentals some years ago. They have been excellent in looking after my interests, advising me and keeping me informed. Pauline has been my most frequent point of contact and has always been most helpful and efficient. Alerting me to repairs required then arranging trades, certificates due and dealing with insurance companies for me. It is at difficult times companies prove themselves and Martin & Co have resolved everything efficiently and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kieran! He's an absolute gem, from the first time he got in touch to the last, he was spot on. Kieran definitely listened to my specifications and my waffling when I tried to explain myself when I was extremely stressed. At no point did it seem like I was getting on his nerves and the back and forth put me more at ease. I was under a lot of pressure to find somewhere to move to and Kieran would routinely phone up with suggestions of properties or email ones that may be suitable for what I needed. For me the way he can chat to people and be approachable is priceless and if needed in future would absolutely have my business again. Its taken a wee while to leave a review due to my moving but he needs to have his praises sung! Thanks again Kieran

I had the pleasure of working with Maria Marin, Accounts & Admin Assistant at Martin & Co Stirling, and it was an absolute pleasure. Maria was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in handling all of my rental needs. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The rental property itself was also fantastic, and I was impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that the team at Martin & Co Stirling put into their properties. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Maria and the team at Martin & Co Stirling, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a quality rental property. Thank you, Maria, for your outstanding service!

As 3 guys trying to rent property we knew we had a tough ask in getting a place that was spacious and comfortable as we knew we'd be less likely chosen over families. However both Kara and Robbie were fantastic at responding to emails and placing us in a very suited area after a couple weeks of looking. Big thanks from all of us Ross Lewis Anthony

We couldn’t have been more grateful for Karen who helped us find the perfect flat at a time when we felt the most hopeless! Karen, not only, scheduled the flat viewing appointments quickly but also came up with an alternative that suited us best at the highest standard and an affordable price! She also made the reference application stage smooth and informative! Thank you Karen and everyone at Martin&Co Stirling who contributed. (This review has been written from the rented property:))

Only been with the Stirling branch of Martin and Co for a short time, however during this time they have been really good, a very professional service. The staff are great with absolutely no issues. They had a tenant for my property in a short space of time with no hassle. Very good service,. I will hopefully continue to use them to manage my property for many years, thank you all at Martin and Co and a special thanks to my Managing Agent Arlene.
