Martin & Co have been managing my properties for the last few years and I highly recommend the Stirling team. Scott Bennett is the property inspector and he can be relied upon to accurately report the condition of a let property to the landlord. If the standard of cleanliness and maintenance is below acceptable standards, he will advise the tenant on exactly what they need to do to fix any issues and he will follow this up and report back to the landlord. I can always rely on Scott to make sure any problems in the properties are professionally dealt with in the appropriate way. Highly recommended.

We rented a property through Martin & Co's Stirling office. From meeting at the property through to the end of our tenancy we have been given excellent professional service. Everything was explained to us as we hadn't rented a property before. The staff in the office were helpful and friendly.On the two occasions when we needed work doing at the property, it was dealt with promptly.We would recommend Martin & Co for potential renters as they provide a professional service. We'd had contact with other agents before we found this property and they were nowhere near the quality of Martin & Co.

GoogleI would definitely recommend everyone to approach Martin and Co. as they are really professional and helpful. I have been with them for 17 months now and have never faced any problems. Everything is taken care of in a proper manner ( maintenance rent, deposit, heating etc). Special thanks to Arlene, who was handling the property that I had rented out and she was the best at her job and took care of everything for us.
