As a tenant, I was very impressed by the team at Martin & Co. Maintenance issues were always handled quickly and efficiently, with the team happy to let workmen in, so I didn't need to take time off work. When I decided to end the tenancy, Arlene Jamieson was incredibly helpful. She arranged for an end-of-tenancy clean at a reasonable price, quickly actioned referencing requests from my new landlord, and speedily processed the refund of my deposit. Overall, I have no complaints. Over the two years I rented with them, they were professional, affable, courteous and helpful.

Ryan Burgess and all of the team in the Stirling office were very efficient in handling the sale of our property. They expedited the process, coordinated viewings seamlessly which lead to a prompt sale. A very special call out to the photographer, photographs of our property were exceptional probably the best we have seen across the other estate agents so a huge thank you for that. We were impressed with the team’s local knowledge and expertise, helping with the market conditions, enabling us to make informed decisions throughout the process and made the journey easy. I had a fantastic experience with Martin & Co in Stirling. When most other agents showed little interest in helping me rent out my property because I wanted to let it furnished, Ryan from Martin & Co took my call with real enthusiasm. Despite being over 20 miles away, he came out the very next day to carry out a valuation. Within five minutes of meeting Ryan, I knew we were completely on the same page. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with all the admin handled quickly and professionally. Just a couple of days after the property went live, they had already found not one but two sets of keen tenants. I am so glad I did not listen to the other agents. I genuinely feel my property is in safe hands with Martin & Co. They clearly know exactly what they are doing. I first met Ryan from Martin & Co, Stirling at a viewing. He was very friendly, professional and supplied a lot of good information on the property. I left the viewing feeling like it was someone I could trust. We purchased a buy-to-let property through Martin & Co Stirling, with Kieran handling the sale. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The purchase took considerably longer than originally expected due to complications outside of our control, including a significant delay from our lender. During this period, we felt that Kieran became increasingly pushy and at times quite aggressive in his communication, seemingly because he had expected the transaction to be a quick and straightforward sale. While we understood the seller wanted the transaction completed, we did not feel the pressure placed on us was fair or particularly professional given that the delays were not of our making. What left an especially poor final impression was collecting the keys after completion. After what had been a long and stressful process, we expected at least a friendly welcome or acknowledgement. Instead, the interaction felt very cold and dismissive, and his body language made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience. Overall, the experience left us disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service. Based on our experience, we would not choose Martin & Co Stirling to manage our rental property or use their services again.
