Mark contacted me giving me notice he was on his way which I appreciated. He was communicative and helpful which I have not always found is the case with surveyors. The report was produced quickly and was a fair reflection of the condition and value of the property.

TrustpilotIncompertent
They sent the most incompetent person with two legs to do a survey, what a disaster he was, I would never use them again, next time I will call Mickey mouse, at least he has two brain cells and does not make up untruths to cover up his incompetence

The gentleman was very professional, explained the process and answered the questions we had. The report was taken over a bank holiday weekend and he advised that it may take an extra day or so to get it but when the situation changed at our end, he was flexible and got the report to us quicker.
