There are 2 things that annoyed me. The surveyor arrived late in the time span of 10 to 1pm. (12.15). If thesurveyor on the day could phone me an approximate time knowing his work schedule this would be a nice thing.The observation(12) on the report was wrong. the facts /data were not correct -lack of professionalism (lazy). Else very efficient service and would use again.
We appreciate the feedback and trust everything was in order with the final report.

The report was prompt and fair but its make up failed to address obvious failings like commenting on things you cannot see - floors where there was carpets with the excuse / reason they were not allowed to see the floor, same with bits they couldn't see - but it didn't stop them saying there could be problems. Felt it covered their back. Didn't give a balanced or straight overview.
We're disappointed to receive a 1* review and this feedback. Any issues can be addressed with the local office.

All on track from minute one, prompt and efficient service. We knew what was to happen and when. Face to face surveyor Alistair Seaton proved to be top class. He set our minds at ease and went about what he had to do efficiently and professionally. On a side point he was able to personalise the home review process. Follow up details all with us on time and as promised.

I would definitely recommend using DM Hall. I found their receptionist very friendly, helpful and lovely to communicate with every time I phoned. The company were quick to respond to any questions. I felt the surveyor took his during the report and the end report was very fair. The reports came back quickly. Quick, Efficient and friendly.

Seamless experience! Charlie the Surveyor came to do the Home Report for our House sale! Asked us a few questions about our house then carried out his survey of the house which a draft was emailed to us within 48 hours! A few adjustments were necessary then it was full steam ahead!

They sent the most incompetent person with two legs to do a survey, what a disaster he was, I would never use them again, next time I will call Mickey mouse, at least he has two brain cells and does not make up untruths to cover up his incompetence
