I highly recommend this company, the emails, phone discussions and in-person discussions were all professional and friendly. I felt relaxed when the survey was carried out even though there was a stranger in my house as he put me at ease and explained what he was about to do. At all times he was respectable to both myself and my property.

Our request for a survey and Home Report and our questions as to the process were dealt with pleasantly, efficiently and informatively by the office staff. The Surveyor attended promptly the following day and carried out his inspection with a minimum of disturbance to the household. His draft report was duly received allowing the opportunity to make comment or correct inaccuracies where such might have arisen. Generally a very professional response to our requirements.

There were spelling mistakes and information that wasn't correct within the report. We had to go back twice to have the report rectified.

As a paying customer for the rent of a large business building in Galashiels, the service and response is nonexistent. I have contacted numerous people and times about the issues with the building, and no one seems to be bothered. Awful experience, and if I could move somewhere else, I wouldn't hesitate a second.
