GoogleCKP got stuck in and made real impact from the first day. They are on-site on a very regular basis and have already sorted out many issues and have a good network of tradespeople. They have a superb system for managing the debtors and creditors which takes a lot of the work out of email. The people are excellent and easy to work with.

GoogleI've dealt with Casey Kennedy Estate agents on both the letting side and the sales side, and what I noticed from the outset was the personal attention and willingness to really do their best for me. Their local area knowledge was key also in achieving quick letting with good rent and good tenant, and on the sales side an accurate valuation and detailed qualification of potential purchasers concluding with a very happy sold money in the bank scenario. Recently Phil and Shane helped complete a sale in Dublin for me and while i could not travel to Dublin due to Covid 19 travel restrictions they made it seamless to work through the process, even to the extent of key cutting, arranging tradespeople locally to do some snag fixes, all the running around I would have done if i could travel, yet they did that as part of their service. It's things like that drive repeat business and in my case if/when I am purchasing again I will be very keen to buy through them as I trust them having had several dealings that all worked out well. The "small things done well" is how I put it but so many other agencies cannot manage that. Thanks again Shane & Phil and continued success!

GooglePhil there was in charge of selling our property, rather than look for a quick sale he arranged for the property to be staged in the appropriate manner which definitely contributed to maximising the sale price in the end. He also made extra efforts to find the right buyers. He was an easy person to do business with.

Google1. Agency releases a house to let, and call it Dundrum, but it is in reality Kilmacud. 2. Ask the question to clarify the area issue, and get an answer on the lines of "you can call this many areas"??** **2.1) Google maps?!? what have you done to my faith in you?!? Why why!! 3. I abandoned the idea, looking at the bigger picture that when somone is lying without a contract signed, imagine what type of partner would that be in real business... 4. Then, without even having visited the property (couldn't care less) the cocky-offended agent feels the itchy need to let me know that the property was let. Call me weird, but isn't that a little too far to email people uninvited just to prove a point?? Can i report this? Just sayin'...
Hi Manuel, sorry for the slow reply. I have checked our records. You are correct, the property in Holywell was advertised as Dundrum, and google maps describes it as Kilmacud. In Dublin, the city is made up of various areas which used to be villages. These areas are not clearly defined. The Wikipedia article for Kilmacud refers to it overlapping with Stillorgan, with the Upper Kilmacud Road starting in Dundrum and the Lower Kilmacud Road starting in Goatstown. Google may give it one village name, the title deeds may have another, it might be in another electoral area and it may be in a different parish. I came across a property once where all 4 of these were different! The postal service has solved this problem using random Eircodes. Holywell is in the Dundrum electoral area and the Dundrum parish. It is variously described as Goatstown, Kilmacud or Dundrum.

GoogleMy experience initially was ok, I rented a property for my company, and normal things, references, bank statements, etc were asked, after that the property was asked as they wanted to sell it, I gave it back, after giving the property back they asked me to do few more things before getting my deposit back, I did everything and patiently waited for the deposit to be sent back to my account, now after 3 months I still not get the deposit back, my emails are ignored and no-one seems to care, when I call they say: "ok I will follow up." but nothing happens. Based on my personal experience I do not recommend this company.
Unfortunately your deposit was held back by the landlord. We don't hold deposits. Any delay or decision not to return is with the landlord. There was nothing we could do for you.

GoogleShane and the rest of the Casey Kennedy team delivered exactly what I needed, helping me to find a place to stay over the summer while I studied at UCD. Quick to respond to correspondence, meticulous in handling of monies, and extensively knowledgeable about both the market and its navigation, the staff took a massive burden off of me and put it on themselves, making summer letting rather easy. I would definitely recommend them for handling any service that you would need in relation to housing!

GoogleI am a tenant with Casey Kennedy properties for more than 4 years till now, I found this company is excellent in dealing with emergency breakdowns in the house. they respond very quickly to solve any pending issue regarding the house. I can't move to another agency because I feel very secure and have a peace of mind while renting through Casey Kennedy Properties. Their perfect service don't stop from the beginning of the deal till the end. I have no hesitation to recommend C Kennedy company for any one who is looking for the best deal in the property market that suits his budget with fast and up to date after deal service.
