GoogleI have had the best experience with Casey Kennedy Estate Agents. Our landlady Dei Healy who handled all aspects of the the property was really helpful and pleasant throughout our stay at Schoolhouse Court which is an accommodation complex handled via this agency. Highly recommend.

GoogleI had a very bad experience with CKP and its MD Shane O'Callaghan as tenant. The moment you decide to move out of property, they would make hundreds of excuses to keep your deposit.
Dear Muhammed. As has been made clear CKP do not hold your deposit and have no decision in regards to return of same. Your Landlord holds your deposit. Your deposit was not returned to you as you gave illegal Notice and the Landlord was completely unsatisfied with the return of the apartment (https://ckp.ie/damage). As has been pointed out you have the recourse of the RTB if you are not happy. Sincerely, Shane

They liaised with interested parties and facilitated prospective buyers requirements with professionals. FacebookI had a run in with this crowd before. dealing with Shane, I was told while renting that he wouldn't accept HAP payments on a property I had been sharing. Told me I didn't deserve a 3 bed and shouldn't be getting it. I wouldn't touch these with a barge pole if you want someone who actually wants to help go elsewhere. Left homeless with a 9 year old because of this cowboy.

GoogleAs a tenant, I found Shane @ Casey Kennedy to be extremely difficult to deal with. We had issues with leaking ceilings and defective plumbing in the property throughout the year which he had a handyman attempt to fix on numerous occasions without success before callling in several different plumbers. His manner on the phone and in email contact throughout the tenancy was unhelpful, rude, obnoxious and frankly shocking considering the customer facing role he occupies. I don't usually review websites but on this occasion I felt it best to highlight to others about this business.
