GoogleI recommend CKPL as a long term property owner and renter - rent is in on time, the property is inspected regularly which ensures there are long term, satisfied tenants also repairs are carried out without delay. Shane is an excellent MD/CEO.

GoogleRecently, we were in contact with one of your estate agents Erin Byrne and found she was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and polite and went out of her way to communicate with us and keep us in the loop with our application to one of your lettings. Unfortunately we didn’t end up getting the property but she still went above and beyond to get back to us and we would love to deal with her again in the future.
