I don't usually leave bad reviews, but after months of trying to find a landlord that accepts pets, calling agencies after agencies, we finally came across this property with Taylors. Everything described beautifully and finally at the end nothing mentioned about "no pets allowed". Full of hope, we call to make sure about the pet part. We have good references, happy to pay more for rent, happy to give an extra deposit. The answer was a rude' NO' to all our questions. Rude, unhelpful and very abrupt answers and attitude. Absolutely disappointed and disgusting. I don't know how these people still have a job.

From beginning to end chloe has been fantastic. She squeezed us in just before Christmas and we've been in our house just under a month already. We were first time buyers, didn't know anything. She explained all the information in detail and spent a lot of time, understanding our life, our outgoings etc. She told us everything we should be expecting to pay, estimated budgets and timescales, which set us up and didn't leave us in the dark when we exchanged. We would recommend using chloe, especially if your first time buyers. She has nothing to hide and will give you all the details and answer any questions even if you think they are silly!. DO NOT USE TAYLORS CARDIFF

DO NOT USE TAYLORS CARDIFF. I moved out 4 months ago and they are yet to update the contract, leaving the new tenant and previous tenant in a dangerous position. I have not had my deposit back. They are unprofessional, disorganised and rude. The new tenants are now renting without a contract or any protection due to their complete incompetence. DO NOT USE.

A visit to Taylors will only end in frustration - Dreadful

Taylors have long had the reputation of selling cheap houses in a slightly unprofessional manner but despite this they have actually got worse! At Taylors Filton, Bristol they employ staff with an almost negative IQ which explains why they continue to market houses that other agents have already sold and take down messages without asking for a reply telephone number. Absolutely dreadful and certainly the Filton brance is to be avoided at all costs.

Absolute nightmare to deal with

Absolute nightmare to deal with. After a year I am withdrawing my house from sale. Took months of chasing to take actions, and then unreachable. Clearly on buyers side, telling us to take lower offers and not take higher ones beacuse of their "systems". Horrible, horrible experience.

I vacated the house early as Swindon Taylors agent confirmed to refund the rent for the remaining days, it has been 3 months now but no response from Swindon Taylors team after multiple chasers.I was tenant foe more than 3 years but this company has no respect at all. Not recommending anyone to go with Taylors at all in any scenario. Swindon Staffs are very unprofessional.

An agent from the Luton George street branch told me during a viewing they won’t put my offer forward to the seller because I have my own conveyor and mortgage broker. Another agent repeatedly denied me a viewing at another property for over a month, I had to go and speak to the seller directly and found out that Taylor’s had viewings held during the previous weekend.

Sold our house with Taylors. Met Pete first, really nice guy came to our house for valuation and made us feel at ease with selling our house. The sales girls Helen and Megan really lovely girls and kept us up to date all the time. Chloe helped us with our mortgage and really made it simply. She took all the stress away from us. Ellie dealt with us once we had sold and again took all stress away was in constent contact. She worked really hard even when the office was closed to make sure everything went through ok. Great team, Great Service and couldnt meet nicer people.

Northampton branch awful!

Awful awful people in Northampton branch, customer service could not be worse. Rude staff with not a care in the world about people who actually need a place to live and who essentially pay their wages. Booked a viewing and took days off work for it three times only to be let down at the last minute every time, avoid this shower at all costs.
