if you are to vacate their properties, make sure you contact them at least two months in advance and NOT 30 days notice. If yo do not cancel within a certain time frame your 30 days notice to vacate the property will not be valid.

GoogleI found Pete Wheatley to be very thorough and knowledgeable about the Taylors' services and commitments to their customers. As important for me, he was not pushy; was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Perhaps more important of all, I felt he was someone I could truly trust to provide a sound, thorough and honest service. He was also very good company.

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out Β£200 for mortgage valuation and then Β£600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!
