Best estate agents !

From the first viewing, right up to getting the keys, Mather Marshall were outstanding in their customer service. Consistently going over and above to help, they were the shinin light in a stressful time. I dealt predominately with Tracey Plenty who still helps with queries a month after we moved in. If Tracey wasn't around, anyone of the guys in the office proved just as helpful, including one of the owners who was more than happy to dive in. Couldn't recommend these guys enough

Friendly and very professional

Mather Marshall sold my house earlier this year. I had several agency's come round to value and discuss selling my house but preferred their approach and felt they would represent my house in the best way. To start they came round to have a look but also to have a chat about what I wanted as a seller. After discussing what they though the house was worth they also advised me on the approach they would take which suited my needs down to the ground. Though out the process they kept me informed and up to date. I would highly recommend them and in the even that I do move again ( fingers crossed I won;t have to deal with that stress again) I would use them again.

Sale only - kept everything moving

I was really happy with the entire offer by Mather Marshall. The cost was very reasonable, the valuation was done well and was suitable (higher than most, with the caveat of aiming for similar to other valuations.) The photos taken were great, and my flat was under offer within a week - can't ask for much more than that. The process was smooth, and I was happy with how it all went through; 14 weeks start to finish, including leasehold pack.

Got us a good price

Out of 4 valuations we got - Mather Marshall were the highest and pretty much got us the asking price. Some of the other agents suggested putting the house on the market for £15k less than what we eventually got so from that perspective they were very good. Their rates were reasonable too. The agent (James) also worked hard pushing things along to enable us to exchange contracts on time. Our only criticism of them was that we had to get them to amend the house details as what they had produced contained some minor inaccuracies.

Service so Far with Tracey Plenty @ Mather Marshall

I just wanted leave a review about Mather Marshall, specifically Tracey Plenty who showed my round the property, I have been looking for a property for about 6 months and have had some very bad experiences with certain agents where I felt like they were providing me with minimal information and did certainly did not compare to the level of courtesy that Tracey showed. Tracey has such a welcoming lovely personality which was recognised as soon I began talking to her, any questions I had about the property were answered fully and she even gave me further information about the local area and transport which was very useful as it was the first day I had been looking at properties in Stevenage. I feel she is very genuine and that she really wanted to help me buy my first property. All in all I just wanted to say that with her empathetic and caring nature she has made me very happy and has also gone out of her way (e.g. today on her day off) to provide me further information I needed. I hope that her level of service is recognised as I'm sure many others in my situation will have noticed the difference between her and other agents they have come across! Davina

I used Mather Marshall to advertise and sell 2 properties. The first one sold fairly easily however the second one has lingered so long I have taken off as a for sale and now let it. Sophie and the staff were very good throughout keeping me updated each time there was a viewing. The fees charged were par for the market so I will return to them next time I need to sell.

I was due to view a property at 11 in the morning after a cancelled viewing by them 3 days prior. I waited till quarter past for the agent, called the office and it turns out the property had been let in the days after my cancelled viewing. No call to let me know, and a days money lost for the pleasure. Absolute joke.

Very supportive
