Paul Lambert came early in the morning to removed the swelled wood curtain because of the moisture. He repainted several places including the ceiling and the frame of the main door. It is now like new and my wife is happy with that. Paul is nice and did very beautiful work. Thanks!

I’ve recently moved in to my new home and as it is with new builds, there are some defects which I reported and have had an appointment booked with one of the team to attend and fix them. Today I’ve met Faik one of the Hill’s team members. He’s been amazing, very chatty, happy and helpful. He went above and beyond in his service, answered all my questions, reassured me in my doubts and also helped me resolve a little issues I had.

Absolutely worst team I have ever come across. So unprofessional and the quality of work is terrible. They have no eye for detail and their lack of communication is appalling. We have had a number of their team saying that they are the worst company. They push jobs around and not complete what needs to be done. They acknowledge there are issues and promise to fix it but then you are ghosted. Some of the individual staff are nice and they don’t have anything to do with it but their management is the worst. Our house has issues that they have acknowledged needs to be fixed however, they keep passing on to person to person and they don’t fix it. I would never recommend them.

I recently had a major repair on my home. It was expertly managed and the work completed by Andy Delaforce and Phil Way. They work together seamlessly, with such a happy and self assured way I was filled with confidence that they would get the job done with great success. They were courteous throughout the 3 day project and very respectful of my home and did everything to tidy up after themselves every day. The job seemed to go very well, even through very challenging wet weather, they got it done with a smile on there face. Also shout out to the customer service team at Hill, I was very happy with the entire experience with Hill. Many thanks 😊

Recently encountered a slight leak in the room of the annoying thing, also because it has been in for several years, Hill Customer Service Coordinator Nicole Spanou is still eager to find the then service provider for me to solve the difficulties!

We had a problem with our back door that took 2 years to get to a resolution. It's frustrating it took this long when Mike Lewis (who deserves 5 stars) came and fixed it within half an hour. He is an asset to Hill with his very friendly manner and thorough understanding of the problem and how to fix it. If we'd had a visit from Mike 2 years ago, this would have been a 5 star review!

In the last two days, Michael Perry was helping to replenish the doors and wood frames. He also painted the splash board in the kitchen as there was splash marks. We found Michael is very polite, skilful, very experienced, helpful and is willing to go extra mile. Kept us informed about what he was doing and why. He has sense of humour. Highly recommendable.
