This review is for Graham, the chap that eventually fixed my bathroom ceiling.It's not for Hills as personally I think they're useless, it's only taken them 3 months to fix black mould and water staining in a brand new build bathroom ceiling! Graham is a legend, polite hardworking and excellent at his job, pity his company aren't the same.

Claire and Phil from Hill homes are always amazing. Claire is always really kind and supportive in answering any queries we have with our home, and Phil is lovely and really skilled in fixing any small issues that we have had since moving into our home. The support is much appreciated and neither Claire or Phil could have made things any easier. Thank you both.

Paul coppen and Ben Aken were great, outlined what the work would be and how long it would take. We were very pleased with the results and told when we could use the shower again. They also took care of some wall damage in the same room and it all looks good as new.

Very friendly, down to earth. Also willing to go the extra mile I had a couple marks and dents on the wall and he filled them in even though he wasn’t here to do them. Couldn’t fault him. I also suffer from anxiety and he didn’t make me nervous at all. Thank you Ben Aken!

Peter Miller was very helpful. He worked non-stop for over two hours and ensured both of the maintenance issues from the previous tenant were resolved before leaving. He also provided care instructions to ensure one of the issues will not become a problem in the future. Highly recommend working with Peter for any maintenance and repair issues you may have!

Hill went above and beyond to repair water damage from a neighbours leaking pipe to my lounge! After a long wait (drying out period) we now have our living room, freshly decorated with our choice of paint and new flooring.Huge thank you to Raalf for all of his hard work! He works like a machine and is so polite! Excellent service!

Ben Aken was very honest and guiding us through what is best for the house. Our fridge was making noise for months and suddenly when he was here it was not but he had to patience to go through again and again to fix the problem. He did beautiful work with the trails.

I bought 2 bed house in Lampton Parkside Development in Hounslow. I’m very disappointed with the kind of service I am getting for the defects I reported during warranty with first 6 weeks. It was all very nice and prompt for minor ones. When I reported that there is a crack in basin of one of my bathroom. They promised to replace it. After some chasing, one guy came and replaced the basin but didn’t apply the glue filling around it. He said call customer care and they will send someone else. Again after some chasing customer care said someone will come in one or two weeks until then I cannot use this bathroom as water may run down the basin. Finally the guy came and did the glue filling but did very bad job and left a crack on my basin counter top. When I escalated the quality of work, they again promised to fix it and again the chasing starts. This time I have been chasing for 2 months since December 2023, only answer I hear from customer care is we are waiting for the quote from our vendor. Which vendor takes 2 months just for the quote of this small job. Even if it’s true, doesn’t Hill has the responsibility to take some action against the Vendor ?

Paul Lambert came early in the morning to removed the swelled wood curtain because of the moisture. He repainted several places including the ceiling and the frame of the main door. It is now like new and my wife is happy with that. Paul is nice and did very beautiful work. Thanks!
