GoogleHad several issues dealing with them called to tey to rectify, was promises a call back. Nothing! Went in branch asking to speak to a manager ... no manager available was promised one would get in touch. Still nothing. Dont seem to take data protection very seriously!

GoogleBoth Tricia and Oliwia from the lettings team were very helpful in securing our tenancy. We were needing a place to rent asap - they were both so mindful of this. They were always available to get in contact with and completed all the tenancy paperwork in a couple days. Would recommend to anyone :)

GoogleAbsolute scam artists. Dodgy and unprofessional. Wanted back hand money to give me a property and when refused they decided not to give me the property. Absolute crooks and I would advise not buying a house with these estate agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOz from Stevenage branch took care of both my sale and purchase. He resolved any difficulties and kept everyone up to date. I am sure my move would not have taken place without his experienced and professional handling. Nothing was too much trouble and he remained patient and helpful throughout. Thank you Oz.

GoogleGot the job done!! We Sold within 2 days of viewings had many lined up . Got exactly what we needed to make the move into the new property. We used open law there connected solicitors who did a great job sorting sale and purchase .

GoogleConnells Lettings agents are very professional and accommodating. I got the property at first viewing with them. They are also responsive whenever I query something. Should there be any stuff for repair, they fix without delay. I highly recommend Connells to each and everyone. My friend’s agent is also Connells. GoogleSuccessful sale achieved with Connel's Stevenage - they got us £20,000 more than a leading competitor estate agent valued the house at. Overall, very pleased with the result.
