We went straight back to Robert Ellis to sell our current property and didn't even consider speaking to any other agents locally. GoogleJulie and Poppy are a god send. Honestly from start to finish I found them to be polite, professional and above all else they were approachable.
When calling or dropping by the office, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. When requesting anything in relation to repairs, our land lord was responsive and Newmans sought to get the issues resolved as soon as they possibly could.
I can only assume that other negative reviewers have maybe been met with the same respect and level of customer service as they are presenting. Always worth treating others how you would like to be spoken and treated yourself as my experiences with Newmans are a far cry from the negative reviews left below.
I will be back with you again in the new year. :)
