GoogleBooked a viewing for 5:15pm as I’d stressed that was the earliest time I could view the property. When ringing to confirm this I was told I could only view it at 4:30pm and that is the final viewing. My work commitments mean this is not possible as I’d made clear to them the week before. If this is how they treat customers for a viewing then I can’t imagine the hassle it would be to actually buy a property off them ! I will be buying my first home elsewhere.

GoogleWendy and Sharee have always been excellent when ive had to call them. They provide excellent service and I always found them very approachable, my only critism and it is not of them but the letting agent is that there is no out of hours service for emergencies. When our electrics blew we had to sleep at a relatives as we had no power and no way of contacting anybody. Overall my experience of this branch has been very positive and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleSo I recently moved to Nottingham from London and needed to find a home asap. After getting in touch with Robert Ellis stapleford branch they were able to help me out, they were easy to talk to and didn't mind all of my hundred questions. I had been in constant contact with the them. Wendy & Emily are exceptional and accomadateing in every way. I would recommend them to anyone. Their nice , happy to help and know the area really well and one of my favourite things about them is that they contact me back asap whether it's a silly question or something serious about housing . They found me the perfect home and I can't thank them enough
