GoogleMy dad has been trying to sell his house with them since January and has had all 3 buyers pull out at the last minute, bearing in mind my dad is a pensioner he could do without all the stress, Howgates need to sort their system out with checking potential buyers finance arrangements and also need to allow buyers to view property more than once a week as my dad had lots of interest but all the viewing were bulked together at weekends causing my dad to already lose out on one property that he really wanted, will not be recommending them to anyone 😡😡😡NegativeQuality

FacebookI approached Howgate’s Estate Agents as they have a very good reputation for selling properties quickly and efficiently in the Essex Area Howgate’s were very efficient in advertising my property within hours of visiting and taking photographs it was on all the main property websites for all to view and was sold the very next day…. I personally found the experience of selling my Property quite stressful but having Howgate’s deal with this they soon had me feeling at ease and were always really helpful in the way they dealt with my stress levels keeping it all as simply as possible for me, Stacey was Fantastic at keeping me calm and dealing with my worries, Always returning my calls as soon as possible and keeping me informed of any new updates I would recommend Howgate’s to people who need an efficient and well run estate agents where the staff are friendly and efficient and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I would definitely use Howgate’s again for any further property sales I might have Ann Collins 10.11.16

They were very helpful with my Mum's probate sale. Always kept me updated and if I called them, the phone was always answered. No annoying recorded message or options to choose on the phone, just straight through. Also, their valuation was spot on. I'm planning a move in 2024 and will be using them to sell my property.
