Absolutely fantastic service. My experience is in connection with Mr Malik's review, whose review is completely inaccurate. We dealt with Brandon, Stacey and Gavin through the process of viewings, offers and conveyancing and without them I honestly don't think we'd have completed the sale of our house and the purchase of our dream home in the country. Vicky has been very helpful, patient and accommodating with the process of putting an offer in on my first home. The viewing process was simple and the viewing itself didnt feel rushed or pressured like some other agents tend to do. It's been overall a smooth experience so far and I would recommend them as a first time buyer.

Thank you Howgates for such an excellent service selling my mum’s property. In a stressful situation for me, I realised very quickly what a good team they all are, from the initial visit, to Stacey battling away chasing up solicitors, documents and keeping myself fully informed about how things were progressing in the chain and with my buyers. Communication is paramount and knowledge helps to allay fears about what may be happening in the journey from day 1 to completion. Had the worst possible experience buying our first property. 2* only because Stacey (Branch manager ) actually tried to help in the end for the last few weeks. Lady called Zoe lied saying there is no chain as vendor is moving out to her daughters house, in the end we joined massive chain which split into two chains in the middle. It took 7 months and we couldn’t see the end as we would get no answers from them or would get the ones that buys time for estate agent. Ended up with expired mortgage offer and country going into recession and had to pull out for mortgage offers being lower than before and estate agent not even hesitated to ask vendor to reduce to original asking price. If you ever use them make sure to have Stacey on your back.
