Not even worth 1 star. Dont even know how to comment the service as there was none received back. Enquired about particular property at least 3 times on the rightmove website ( the online form), then over their website chat ( no connection in my works area), every time i had to remind them my details. no response whatever. tried to get in touch with them all week, today i see that the property is stc. feel like this absolute joke estate agency took away opportunity from me to buy a property. when i approached them to ask what happened they completely ignored me and disconnected the chat...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

All Staff worked hard on our sales. We had 2x very tricky sales however staff very professional and put up with my constant nagging and moaning. STACEY sale progression manager is just outstanding she pushed and went above and beyond to support getting involved and contacting all solicitors and buyers and other agents . From viewing to making an offer and all the way through to completion, everyone at Howgates were responsive, professional and very friendly. I was always kept up to date and had someone to talk to and if i needed anything chased or if i had questions for the vendors i would get a response within 24 hours which was incredibly helpful. I picked up my keys just before Christmas and it was nice that we also got a little Christmas card too. Absolute Joke of an Estate Agent. Visited a property on Friday. Made an offer on Saturday which was exactly what the seller wanted. After me calling them and hearing that no sales people are available. Found out directly from the seller that I had offered a price that I never did which was under what I offered. Will report this estate agent for fraud. Missed out on the property as they have accepted a identical offer today in which we offered on Saturday! AVOID at all all costs they have no idea what they doing.
