Howgates are not based in my borough but the marketing team came over and conduct property valuation. Brandon was professional, clear and extremely detailed in his information and knowledge. We chose to go with them, it was smooth process getting the property on market. All the process was effortless, the teams are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They take your calls and respond to email promptly. Especially Stacey Jarvis, she’s a real gem. I appreciate Marketing team (Brandon) Viewing team (Ayse) and the best communicating person ever (Stacey Jarvis). I recommend this estate agent over and over again. I will definitely go back to them when I am ready for another property change or want to buy to let/sell. Kudos to Howgates

The sale of my father-in-laws house was the first time we’d used Howgates. From the first appointment ALL of the staff were amazing We had a lot of viewings over the first weekend and we got feedback from sales team after each day’s viewings We accepted one of the 8 offers we got and Howgates couldn’t do more for us throughout the whole process up to Exchange and beyond Whether I buy or sell any property in the future, Howgates will be the Estate Agent that I will use. From start to finish, the Howgates team have given us exemplary service throughout the sale process. Although there are more than the 3 key lines of contact, ours were mainly Brandon in the early stages of getting the house on the market which was swiftly followed by Ayse who made the viewings so easy then Stacey kicked in with top drawer communications and updates right to the final moments. All 3 know the business inside out and are real specialists in their areas. The team were always available, could not do enough to help and kindly provided guidance and direction when required. Keep it up team, a good job well done.

Howgates were recommended to me and from the very start, after a really bad experience with a previous agent from a large chain, Brandon was a breath of fresh air. Outstanding service

We had a very difficult sale that lasted 8 months. The team at Howgates were outstanding, They were all helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Gavin and Stacey went above and beyond to get our sale through. Like many others, you could go with an online estate agent but they will never give you the personal investment that you need when a sale has the potential to get complicated. I dreaded selling my mum's flat and having to deal with an estate agent but Howgates are not like any estate agent I've ever used before. For one, they communicated any developments in the sales process promptly and truthfully and when anything needed chasing they did it - talking with the other parties involved and prompting any tardy solicitor that was slowing the chain down. It was also clear that they talked to each other in their office. So when the person I was dealing with went on holiday, my sale was handed over to someone else, they knew exactly what was going on and everything continued to move forward. I dealt with four different people and all were pleasant, professional and knew the details of my sale. My sale hit some legal difficulties which delayed progress but Howgates were very understanding and sympathetic of the problem and we got things over the line eventually. Thank you for making the process as painless as you could.

We cannot recommended Howgates enough for all their hard work on the sale of our property. We were on the market for months and months with another agent and were only getting messed around, until the lovely Zoe knocked on our door. Our house was half packed up ready to move when our previous sale fell through (with our other agent) but Zoe completely alleviated our concerns about going back on the market. Within a few weeks they had found our buyers. A big thank you to Stacey also for all her efforts in pushing our sale through. It was by no means an easy task but she really came through for us. It was a toss up between Balgores and Howgates. The initial viewing was where the respective styles and approaches became apparent. Howgates demonstrated they understood the USPs of the property plus, they priced the property more appropriately vs Balgores. Every now and again you come across a team that work in harmony and achieve amazing results. We have been so fortunate to find such a team at Howgates Stanford-le-hope. We can’t believe how fast they sold for us. Alana was always so kind and considerate when we were unsure of something. Everyone worked so hard to help us sell and even when an unexpected problem happened, they all helped us get through it especially Gavin who immediately started working on the problem. I cannot recommend the Howgates team enough, especially Zoe who handled the majority of the sale of my property. She was really helpful and friendly.
