Hurray, out the flags out. Rain damage to bedroom roof, wall, lintel and window frame reported on 17th November 2022. TODAY 11th March 2032 repair finally completed after me sleeping on sofa and suffering panic attacks. Contractors fine but part time manager in my opinion incompetent. Rented Sheltered Housing collapsed drain in car park dangerous for some years (Hanover) No one listens.

went to the anchor for the first time in a while however was disappointed to see a young chap who i later found out was 17 years old serving me at the bar. I think this is very inappropriate having someone so young and inexperienced working was not pleasing to say the least. Will be returning but not very happy at the moment.

I moved into Beaufort Court on 31/1/23 and am really happy there. The Scheme Managers Sue and Sarah have been very helpful and supportive. Also any maintenance requested were carried out within a reasonable timeline. The gardens are beautiful here and the communal areas always kept clean and tidy. Please keep on doing what you are doing Anchor l!
