GoogleThey have sold our house, it took some time , as the first time it sold, the buyer pulled out at the last minute, we put the house back up for sale and sold again, hopefully we will be moving soon

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful service. Incapable of doing basic tasks which cost the sale of my father's property after 6 months of nothingness. Then have the gall to continue to advertise it after their contract had been terminated. Use at your peril

GoogleWe have used Alan and his staff both as a seller and as a buyer. We found them Excellent, professional and courteous. They were more than happy to help with all of our (many) enquiries. We were kept well informed at all stages. Having experienced multiple estate agents for various services over the years, Alan and his staff made a process of selling and buying, which can be stressful, flow smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleUnfair review but system won’t allow me to remove from my timeline. Was interested in a property but way over priced…hay ho on we go . Im sure they are good at what they do sell or rent properties….
It is our duty to try and achieve the best price for a client. More often than not it’s the client who sets the initial asking price and reduces if it is not sold. I do not see why that should lead to a negative review

Very Poor communication and Greed comes to mind. Would not recommend this Company. Had offer accepted on a Property then rang me asking me to increase my offer. Was then informed by my Solicitor the Vendor had pulled out of the sale, 6 Days later Alan Batts asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase which I declined. Very Poor Practice.
I am disappointed you have posted this review without referring the matter to me. I share your disappointment at the change in the vendors circumstances and as I am sure you are aware we only get paid if the sale completes. We conveyed the change in circumstances on the same day the vendor informed us and cannot see how we could have acted any differently. Best wishes for the future

Literally impossible to get hold of this company. How you supposed to buy a house when you can't get hold of them 3 days in a row. Not the first time we have given up trying to view a house with this company

GoogleI've had dealings with Alan and his team for almost 3 years now and only have good things to say about them. Alan knows the local market inside out and the staff in both offices are great to deal with. One thing that strikes me is how quickly Alan and his team can get a property to market with a quality looking brochure.
