Moved into our property yesterday

Moved into our property yesterday, staff over the phone are so rude and don't even have the willingness to help! Our cupboard door fell off when we only opened it after the inventory was done and the staff left and we rang to tell what had happened, the lady didn't even bother to listen what i had to say and put me on hold! Bearing in mind it wasn't even attached to the wall properly! All of the things that i was told before we moved in (they had 3 weeks to get them done) i was assured everything had been done that we had mentioned when our application was accepted and as soon as we moved in, they are still numerous things that need to be done! One out of many things is the downstairs WC sink is practically falling off and when we inventory was done we mentioned it as an urgent thing and the lady told us to just "keep an eye on it". The kitchen sink tap was actually a shower head not a kitchen one, was extremely loose and was leaking! And it was only because my partner is a plumber he pointed it out and wasn't even written on the inventory to begin with! The communication from the beginning when we viewed the property to actually moving in has been appalling. Seriously disappointed.
