GoogleIf you're planning on selling your house Sowden Wallis offer an amazing service. Their valuation was in line with the other estate agents that I'd invited to quote, but i chose Sowdens because of their honest and respectful approach to both the buyer and the seller. They accompanied all my viewings and within 6 weeks they had sold my property on the 3rd viewing, BUT it didn't end there. They managed the sale process brilliantly;, liaised with my solicitor, and my purchaser and kept me fully informed of where we were throughout the whole process. Never have I been happier to pay an estate agency fee as i have been with Sowden Wallis. THANK YOU

GoogleI've put 5 stars for this service, but there should be more! I work in the property industry nationwide, and know a good Estate Agent from a bad one - Sowden Wallis are up there as the best I have ever dealt with! Their attention to detail, communication, attitude and energy for their work is second to none and was like a 'breath of fresh air'. We got the complete service from a realistic valuation (not just one to try to win my business), through to actual relevant viewers (not anyone who will look) and finished with superb progression of my sale to completion within 6 weeks of agreeing the sale. I couldn't have wished for a better service! To anyone considering selling their property in the Stamford area, these are the people to use without a shadow of doubt!

GoogleThey work for the landlord, not the tenant. We rented from them for a year, we had leaks, boiler problems, central heating problems, none of the issues were resolved for the entire year's duration. In an amusing turn of events, they didn't renew our tenancy due to the landlord wanting to sell the property, and we had to fight like hell to not be evicted at christmas... Almost a year on, it's still for sale. Lol.

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sowden Wallis whether you're selling, buying or renting. Their work ethics are second to none, always keeping you informed as to what is going on and genuinely nice people to deal with. NOT just 'another' estate agent, these people are proper Estate Agents that actually care about you and your purchase/sale. thank you again for going that extra yard to help me.

GoogleTerrible company to work with. I'm speaking as a tenant and a landlord here, I would not place my property with Sowden as their client service is terrible, they do not reply to emails, and do not pass information between tenants and landlords. Very expensive lesson try to use this company.
