Sowden Wallis have helped me set up a new tenancy. I've been really impressed with the professionalism and competence at dealing with a difficult environment for landlords. I have absolutely no issues to recommend them for any landlords looking for a reliable, professional, but friendly agency. Tom started us off and then Charlotte has been amazing and talked us through some complicated situations. I was previously with another larger agency in town and then on my own. This is by far the best experience I've had so far. I am delighted to start the rental journey with Sowden Wallis.

I’ve never had an experience quite like the one I’ve had with Sowden Wallis compared to any other estate agency. It really shows how much care, attention, and genuine effort they put into looking after their clients! I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting the whole team, only Marcus and Charlotte so far, but both of them have been incredibly kind, genuine, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to help us. We have received outstanding service from Howard at Sowden Wallis. From our initial viewing, answering questions over the phone and ensuring a seamless completion in record time. However he has gone above and beyond. We were unfamiliar with the area and actually phoned him for advice several times. Understanding that we had carried outwork in our new home, he has once again put himself out today by visiting. We were thrilled that he felt money spent had been wisely used and he even made our day by taking photos to show his colleagues in the office! We are extremely happy in our new home and intend to stay, but we would always recommend both him and Sowden Wallis.

I would like to start by saying, how pleased we were to choose Sowden Wallis as our estate agents. It was the first time we had sold a house, so we were very new to the whole experience. I never actually realised until now how much work estate agents have to do until now, but oh my goodness, it was worth every penny, they work so hard! I was in constant contact with Sarah from the start. Sarah was always happy to answer my questions, no matter how small and trivial and she always had time for us. Her conversations were always so bright, and put an instant smile on my face. She was always so reassuring which was vital for my sanity as we all know selling houses can be stressful! Sarah Woulds office manager has been brilliant through our moving process. Without her I really believe we would not be moving.
