Very responsive throughout our transaction which made things so much easier for us. A special mention to Sarah who could not have been more helpful. A really outstanding customer service. We could not recommend them highly enough. These guys deserve all the success they get.

GoogleTom, Emma and Sarah all played a big part in our move, I would recommend them to anyone selling their house, we used them as their knowledge and professional approach when they showed us around a house we viewed was spot on, they add a more personal touch to moving house unlike some of the bigger named estate agents to who you are just a number!

They have been an exceptional estate agency with regard to their professonalism and treatment through the whole process with special mention of Sarah who did the majority of communication with me. GoogleWe would wholeheartedly recommend Sowden Wallis. We have twice been tenants of properties they managed and in both cases their behaviour was exemplary. Any issues were dealt with promptly and by professional tradesmen. Indeed one of the tradesmen told me that SW were the only local letting agents he worked for as unlike others they did not indulge in sharp business practices. We have been landlords previously and our agents were not in the same league as SW. We would also recommend them as selling/buying agents as we subsequently purchased a property they marketed and again their performance was nigh on faultless.
