GoogleVery good estate agent who went above and beyond for me to get the sale over the line, but unfortunately let me down regarding a shower that promised was fixed but when I moved in, it was not, and now have distanced themselves from the situation. Overall good company but let me down with the shower costing them 2 stars.

Throughout the process Sarah always kept me updated with any issues and gave sound advice and direction. With Tom and Emma at the helm the stress of the house sale was significantly reduced, and no matter when I called whoever answered the telephone would know the progress of the sale. GoogleWhat we really like about Tom and Emma is that they are not like other Estate Agents - we trusted them completely, they were honest, upfront with no bull@@** . They sold our house for us within 24 hours! Fabulous marketing, excellent at giving us advice for the photos, and gave us plenty of notice for viewers. The sale process went very smoothly. They kept in constant contact with our solicitors and the estate agents of the house we were moving to. They gave us advice on removal companies and navigated the way through a move during lockdown! Thank goodness we used them. Highly recommend!

Our purchase was in a short chain but the challenges were exceptional. It is fair to say that without the support of Sowden Wallis our purchase would not have happened. The whole team goes that extra mile and beyond. Their service is professional, bespoke and friendly. GoogleI cannot express how brilliant this company is. Emma and Tom have created a fantastic estate agents. Starting with the look and feel when you go into the shop their ethos is clearly "customer some first" They are very friendly and approachable with any question however rediculous they just manage to answer. Personally I had a very tricky and complicated transaction with an enormous chain and they were great. I firmly believe that without Their hard work I would never have moved. Highly recomend and I will be telling everyone how great they have been. Also a mention to Sarah who was also extremely helpful... THANK YOU

GoogleTom and Emma really are taking estate agency in Stamford to new heights. Whilst they're relatively young, their experience is vast, having worked in the industry, locally for years. What makes them different is their ambition and creativity and the knowledge they work for YOU. They understand that they're engaged to sell houses and get the best value for you, or manage your property so you don't have to worry. Its not about them at all. But they are great!

When everything seemed to be going awry with our house sale; Tom and Emma came to the rescue, turning what could have been a big issue into a minor inconvenience. They kept us up to date with all viewing feedback and once the sale had been agreed, made regular progress updates. They go the extra mile to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, even helped to negotiate on the price of the new property - what more could you ask. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

GoogleSowden Wallis were actually selling the house we were buying but I wished they had representation where we used to live. I cannot praise them enough for the way they kept us up to date with the whole chain. They chased all of the other estate agents and all the solicitors involved so we had an accurate idea of what was going on. Although we were in a short chain there were issues and without Emma and Tom's help I really do not think our move would have ever happened.

Initially Zoe looked after my query and arranged viewings, but Emily dealt with the admin and a lot of my questions!!
