I must say how disappointed I am with your service during this sale. I was informed at the start of the sale back at the end of January that the buyer had purchased several properties from you and was a cash buyer and that it should go through quickly. We are now in May and it has only just completed.

I am sorry that you have not been happy with our service as we do pride ourselves on our customer service. Your buyers were always buying with a mortgage and have bought with us previously with no problems at all. The delays were caused on this occasion by some queries raised as regards the property which, although has been sorted by the Solicitors, still had to be referred to the lender and they took longer than usual to respond unfortunately. They were also happy to keep the tenant on in the property. The sales process is mainly in the hands of the Solicitors to update you but I can see from the system that we did speak to you on several occasions to update you and at the end of the process, the Solicitors did actually ask us not to get involved as they were sorting it between themselves and I understand that you did come to an agreement with the buyer that you were happy with. Once again I am sorry that you were not happy with our service and if we can be of any help in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

GoogleHoem estates sold my house very quickly, using their range of contacts. This aspect of the transaction was exactly what it says on the can. They marketed and sold the house. However I am not impressed with their office communication. Throughout the process I have had to ask for information and updates. Each person spoken to blamed some else for failing to deliver. I have left at least three messages, in the week prior to completion, which went unreturned, although the recorded message promised a return call. Covid and a now buoyant market is no excuse for sloppy office procedures and lack of professional skills.

When any issues or problems have cropped up they have been nothing but supportive, friendly and helpful. Any time I have phoned up or emailed I am without question greeted with a friendly hello by one of the team, they really add such a personal touch to the process and have made it so much easier for me as a first time buyer.
